STATEMENT
Oceanshores.com
will continue as it has for the past 6 years to offer the same honest,
dependable service to the people who wish to come to the north beach
for their getaways and vacations. Nothing has changed, except for ownership
and a new and exciting website. Our goal is to make your reservation
experience a pleasant one.
OCEANSHORES.COM HISTORY
Oceanshores.com was started on May 26, 1996 by Jackson Pemberton
and his wife, Charlet of General Systems. It quickly became the web
home of the travel and tourism industry in Ocean Shores, Washington.
Since then it has grown to include local interests such as city information,
contractors, schools and real estate links.
On October 1, 1998
the company was purchased by George Merlino and Meir Bram who built
the business into a profitable online reservation service for the
city of Ocean Shores. In 2001 they moved down to Las Vegas, Nevada
to pursue other avenues of business.
Sold on March 15, 2004,
the business will continue to grow and help develop our community.
