This two-story, Copalis Beach home is nettled in a relaxing and quite neighborhood off the main highway. It offers a great place for families to start their beach adventures.

This home is a non-smoking and no shoe home that does accept pets. The sleeping limit for this home is 13 people max.

The Master Bedroom
Large and spacious ... This room features hardwood flooring, a king size bed, large TV, an armoire for clothing, two night stands with lamps, bamboo shades and two large closet spaces. |

The Guest Bedroom
This area is set up both as a second living area with access to the outside balcony and as another sleeping area with a twin size trundle bed and a traditional queen size bed. It also features another TV and a decent size closet area. |

The Guest Bedroom with the Kids Bedroom
It features a similar layout to the first floor master bedroom, but it features less furniture and has a vaulted ceiling. It features a king size bed along with two night stands, small TV, three-drawer dresser and artwork.
To the right in the picture is a storage area that will be great for storing luggage, but it's right nest to the slopping roof line. So it doesn't offer much standing room.
As for the kids room it is connected by an adjoining room with a chain-linked styled curtain covering the entry way. So there isn't much privacy here for the adults. As for sleeping the room has a bunk bed with a single and double sized beds along with a small storage area for luggage and night stand with lamp. |

The largest area of the house with a large window facing the ocean ... It offers a 42" wide screen Plasma HDTV with DVD/VCR player and over 40 movies, gas fireplace with a stone work facade, reclining chair, queen size hide-a-bed sofa, coffee table and nautical/ocean artwork to add to the decor.

The Dining Area
This charming area features a four-person table with an over head lighting, hardwood flooring, a couple of wicker stools and a display shelving for the decor. |

The Kitchen
Stylish and contemporary .. This kitchen features some very nice solid Maple cabinetry with the same hardwood flooring as in the rest of the house. It's stocked and ready for the chef.
Other highlights include a four-burner Kenmore Elite stove with a hot surface area, a Maytag microwave oven, coffee make, fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser, two-sided sink with garbage disposal. |

Need to Relax?
Then take a load off and enjoy a hot summer day with a few cold drinks and good company, or talk them into a couple rounds of pool in the garage. The same pool table doubles as a hockey game and there's a ping pong table for the kids. There's even a few exercise machines there to help work off a few vacation indulgences and even a hot tub too. |

Kid Friendly Yard
Great for the wee ones, this is a decent size backyard that is perfect for running off some energy away from the beach. The wooden fencing encloses most of the backyard and as you can see there are different flowering plants to captivate some "little" attention like dark-red and Lavender colored flowering rhododendrons. Now their is a fire pit area on the side that uses a truck rim to contain the fire. |
