Just down from the ocean in Ocean Shores
Honestly ... this is one of the more interesting, elegant homes Ocean Shores has to offer and the third floor "Crow's Nest" only hints at what discoveries awaits inside.
On the inside this home features a very subtle, nautical theme through out the house. Where the final destination is the master bedroom as the exotic port of call and the rest of the house highlights the voyage there. To that end you'll see scale model sail boats, nautical/ocean themed artwork and inspired decor touches that highlight your own ocean voyage in this house.
The main living areas resides on the 1st & 2nd floors of the house with an outside deck and stairway that lead to the third floor "Crow's Nest" behind the house. A few other hightlights include a 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, large living area with HDTV and a gas fireplace, granite counter tops in the kitchen, a beautiful master bedroom, a large side yard with firepit and a hot tub is planned for the back patio.
This is a non-smoking, pets friendly and shoes home with a sleeping limit of 8 people.

Bedroom Highlights

The Guest Bedroom and Living Area
Like start of a good ocean voyage, this first floor offers a welcoming begining with a large hallway and model boat leading to a short stop, the guest bedroom and living area. The living area here is more modest (and kid friendlier) than upstairs, but it still has all the convenence you want inclueing cable tv & VCR with lots of movies, futon, microwave with popcorn at the ready and a navy long box for decoration.
For the guest bedroom just follow the adjacent wood and glass french doors into the next room. Highlight include a queen size, wrought iron bed, electric heater decorated as a fireplace with simulated flames, ceiling fan, coffee table, artwork, a closet with the wood and glass french doors, older style glass topped table & matching chair and private access to the shared, full bathroom down stairs |

The Kids Bedroom
Spacious, roomy and uncluttered is the dream every parent has for what the kids room should be link. Just don't be too shocked that this room is set to deliver.
Overall layout features a bunk bed with twin/full beds, (2) three draw dressers, a large ocean themed trunk between two nice, wooden chairs, large closet, topped off by a 3'x6' area rug in the heart of the room and other child friendly, nautical accents.

The Master Bedroom
Welcome to the final port of call, the 2nd floor Master Bedroom. This port offers some unique features over the other bedrooms of this house including an elegant queen size bed with dark stained, slotted frame, large walk-in closed that doubles as a private hallway to the bathroom,
african theme motif chase lounge, carved 9-drawer dresser with mirror, an artistic lamp with a base made from an old time surveyer's tripod, ceiling fan and a small curio cabinet. |
