Shiver Me Timbers, Captain ...
Set sail for the Next Ocean Adventure.
This is an absolutely brand new home in Ocean Shores (just finished in April 2009). So please don't mind the sawdust, because this lovely gem was made with great, loving care and offers a unique getaway different from many other places in the area.
Outside, this home offers a smooth wall, log cabin feel until you step foot inside. Where the same construction style creates an effect reminiscent of being inside a great old wooden ship of yore, from stem to stern.
Continuing on the nautical theme, the decor tastefully includes nautical artwork and other touches to create a mature atmosphere that couples are sure to treasure.
As for location, the Moss Landing is about a couple blocks away from the Oyehut Wildlife Preserve in Ocean Shores, but it is not an ocean front property.
Please Note: This is a non-smoking home.

Other Highlights
|
The Living area
Warm and cozy, this living area is an inviting place for an evening of unwinding and planning the next part of your grand adventures. Highlights include a gas fireplace, leather couch, storage trunk, a new TV, table, chair, bench and wine rack .
|
|
The Galley and Dining area
Complete with a mini kitchen, the "galley" offers a very functional, yet cozy cooking area. Highlights include a midsize refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, coffee makes and toaster.
As for dining, would a private table for two with the added ambiance of the gas fireplace fit the bill? But if you have the kids along there's enough chairs for up to four at the dining table with some additional TV trays too. |
|
The Upstairs Loft
While the access isn't handicap friendly, able body crewmen will have no problems making their way up the ladder to the loft. This unique area boasts a separate living area complete with a full size futon, coffee table, TV with DVD and VCR and a two person table that's great for playing games.
Please note: The loft area is not meant to be a great play area for younger kids, especially toddlers and infants. This is due to the loft entrance not having a guard in place to minimize the falling risk. |
|
The Hot Tub
Great for some cozy, couple time, this hot tub makes a nice addition to any stay for enjoying some sunshine and a few sunsets outside. |
