one of the nicest large homes in Ocean City, Ocean City Champagne
is one of the most requested properties that we represent.
There is over 2,400 sq. ft. of
living area in this 3 story home.
This home is the closest to the beach, only 150 yds - to find
a home closer to the water you would have to travel to Moclips.

Hardwood floors, picture windows and an ornate wood stove are the
high points to the living room. Located on the second floor there
is a fantastic view of the ocean.

The kitchen and dining room area
are located with the living room on the second floor. All top
of the line appliances, including a washer and dryer make this
a fun place to cook.

The master bedroom suite is up on
the third floor and was designed with luxury in mind. A view
of the ocean from your king size bed is only the beginning
of it's charm.
There is a glass enclosed hot tub room right off the master bedroom
with a view, of course and a private bath right next to that.
