Check in time is 3pm and check out is at 11am. Guest stays lasting two nights will require an advanced deposit of the first night plus tax. Longer stays will require an advanced deposit of 30% of the reservation with tax.
Both deposits are non-refundable and are due at the time of booking.

Ocean Front in Ocean City

Located in Ocean City is Pacific Winds. This is the only property that we represent that has the option of being
either a 4 or 5 bedroom home. This makes it perfect for large families or parties. Only about 175 yards from the ocean it is
a quick walk to play on the beach or beach combing.

The majority of the living quarters are on the second level
with a great view of the ocean. A deck runs along the entire second floor with outdoor furniture to relax on. Only the bonus room and the 4th bedroom are on the first level.

Room Highlights

 The living room is tastefully decorated with contemporary furnishings. There are plenty of windows, along with the sliding glass doors to sit back and view the ocean. There is a wood stove in the corner of the house to take away the chill in the evening.
The kitchen is very well equipped with all modern appliances and there is a family dining table that seats 8.
Pacific WInds has 4 beds and 2 baths, and then there is the bonus room which is a converted garage that has 2 queen beds, a queen sleeper sofa and another bath. The bonus room is designed for children - nothing fancy.
The over sized hot tub is located on the stairwell coming up to the second level - when it was originally installed it did have a view of the ocean-- until the trees grew and blocked the view.
