Brand New Ocean View Home in Moclips

This is a brand new, ocean view home in Moclips Washington. The only thing between you and the beach are the dunes and the stairs that take you there. This home is great for small gatherings, parents with older children, or a getaway for the adult kids. The home décor is a modern, beach theme tastefully done to appeal to a mature sense of style. Overall this is a 2-bedroom plus loft home that can accommodate 8 to 10 people.

Some of the highlights include a fully stocked, modern kitchen with granite counter tops, an outside hot tub with a panoramic view of the ocean, an outside deck that stretches from the left side to the entire back of the house and a granite lined, walk-in shower in the master bedroom.

For an adult getaway or just something different, this ocean view home is hard to beat.

For any chef, the highlight of a home is the kitchen. With a stylish, modern layout and granite counter top, this kitchen places everything within easy reach and is set up for easy maintenance after cooking marathons.

Kitchen highlights include a granite top-cooking island with a 4-burner gas stove, stainless steel refrigerator with side by side doors, and is fully stocked with dishes and cooking wares. There is even a collection of drinking glassware for special occasions and mixing your own special cocktails.

The dining area features a 6-person table with ocean views and a 5-person seating along the outside of the cooking island.

The living area is unique part of the house. Anyone can come in to watch mother nature unfold outside, strike up a conversation with your friends, enjoy watching the big game with the entertainment center, or have a private moment with the one you love with the gas fireplace lit for a little ambiance.

Either way you look at it, you have a comfortable area to sit back, relax and enjoy just being there.

Located just above the main living/kitchen area, the loft shares the same open space as the living area, but offers privacy with the same ocean views. Now it has a brand new addition, a queen size sofa sleeper to accomodate two additional guests.

Overall the loft would be great for teenagers to sleep at, but I would not recommend younger children staying there. The stairway leading there would raise concerns for parents with younger children, like toddlers.
