The Snugglers Cove Resort is made up of a quaint set of three beach front cabins and a beach front penthouse in the Southern region of Ocean Shores. Away from the larger crowds that are drawn to the down town area of Ocean Shores, but it offers a more "private" beach experience with the Oyehut Wildlife Recreational Area right off their back yard literally.
Across the Harbor you can see Westport, local ships/boats that travel through and tall ships like the Lady Washington as they sail by.
Each beach cabin is set up with their own "mini" kitchen, living and bedroom areas, private bathroom, an ocean view deck and a unique decor. Don't forget the easy beach access with the ocean just a few steps away.
For the beach penthouse, it resides just above the Shrimp Boat Deli on the top floor and offers a two bedroom, two bathroom accommodation along with a full kitchen/dining area, a large living area and a large wrap around deck outside.
Please Note: Both the cabins and the penthouse are non-smoking. There is romance package available to help add a personal touch to your stay. Look under "Amenities" for more information.

Check in is 4pm, check out is 11am. A deposit of the first night plus tax or 1/2 of the reservation with tax (which ever is greater) is required to book a reservation and this not refundable.
Reservations made for a certain cabin will not be guaranteed due to availability and will be prioritized based on availability.
By owner's request: Each guest is asked upon leaving to leave their unit in broom swept condition along with placing the dishes in the dishwasher and just run it. Thank you.

The layout includes a stocked, "mini" kitchen (not a kitchenette), a common living area with a queen size bed in the bedroom area and a private bathroom. As the pictures show, this layout allows for great ocean side views from almost all of the cabin.
As for differences, the living area offers two white chairs, a tree cross-cut coffee table, 17" TV, area rug and it's the only one with a real gas fireplace. This kitchen has similar appliances to the other beach cabins, but it has a two burner stove instead. Sleeps 2.

Larger and more luxurious than the beach cabins, this beach penthouse offers second floor, ocean side views of the surrounding beach including views of Westport and even part of the jetty off in the distance.
For the penthouse accomodations there is a master bedroom with it's separate bathroom, king size bed, large six drawer chest dresser, a double dresser with mirror, large closet with a crib inside and a 17" TV. The quest bedroom is a bit smaler than the masterbedroom and features a queen size bed, a small, six drawer dresser in the closet and some floral decor.
In the rest of the penthouse ...
- The second bathroom is in a smaller layout, but features a shower stall with a built in seat and sink.
- The living area offers a spacious layout and includes a pullout sofa sleeper, wicker trunk coffee table, chairs, 20" TV with DVD player and Satelite TV.
- As for the kitchen it offers a nice layout for cooking and includes the usual kitchen appliances/conveniences.
- ... and the dining area has a four person table that shares the ocean side views along the balcony.
Sleeps 4 - 6.

Local Attractions ...
Ocean views with easy beach access, wandering deer, seals playing in the surf and
Shrimp Boat Deli are just a few of the things the area has to offer. The beach access lead you to the Oyehut Wildlife Recreation Park just outside.
Back track on Marine View Drive to visit the Interpretive Center and the Marina just down the way or else keep driving down Marine View Drive to find a little private parking area that has it's own beach access to the "main" beach in Ocean Shores without most of the people in the down town area. Then you can travel south on Ocean Shores Blvd and visit the marina down that way.
If instead you just want to enjoy a lazy day then try watching the ships and crabbing boats travel by. |
