Welcome to Port of Calm, a lovely escape from the stress of modern life, located at Seabrook!

Located on East Main Park, in the heart of Seabrook, you can spend the day discovering the many treasures found in the charming shops. Front Street Market, a convenient grocery store and Mill 109 restaurant, that features live music on the weekends. All of which is just a short stroll away. Also, nearby is the sparkling indoor pool and huge jacuzzi at Crescent Park!

Feel like having a weekend of solitude? Curl up with one of many good books. Start a jigsaw puzzle or go upstairs to the spacious media loft and enjoy the 55" high definition LCD TV. Be sure to bring along some favorite DVDs and Xbox games to enjoy. Stretch out on the large leather sofa and get cozy with comfy pillows and warm throws.

Thinking of having a girl's weekend? We have a KitchenAid blender and margarita ware for six! Then skip over to The Mill 109 and share a decadent molten chocolate cake made with Belgian chocolate or maybe have one all to yourself!

Looking to whip up a delicious holiday meal? Our chef’s kitchen is stocked full of stainless steel pans, enameled French baking ware, and a collection of utensils and kitchen tools.

Saute on top of the gas range or bake goodies in the full-size gas oven. A roomy stainless steel refrigerator complete with filtered water and an ice-maker can store everything. The high-efficiency stainless steel dishwasher makes it easy to tidy up!

When dinner is ready, gather around the large table and enjoy comfortable padded chairs. Gaze out the many sunny windows and take in the park or do a little people watching.

After dinner, retire to the airy living room and warm yourselves by the gas fireplace while you watch the 42" high definition TV, or just put your feet up on one of several hassocks and doze off…

Does your furry friend enjoy traveling? Bring them with you! They can enjoy the fireplace too on their own fluffy dog bed. We have a set of dog dishes and an extra-large dog crate for them to nap in when you are away. There is a set of doggie towels in the laundry room and a hot and cold hose outside to wash away all the sand from frolicking on the beach. When nature calls, there is a super convenient fenced dog run right through the mudroom.

The laundry room on the main level is a delight to use with new front-loading machines and a laundry basket for your convenience

Time for bed? Upstairs a large king-sized bed beckons complete with tufted headboard, stylish linens and down alternative comforter and pillows to sink into. Open the balcony door and be soothed by the sounds of the sea lulling you to dreamland. Don’t forget to check out the huge two-person shower! It features extensive subway tile and amazing water pressure, all ready from the multi-massage setting handheld shower head. A private water closet and large granite two-sink vanity round out a truly luxurious escape.

Two additional bedrooms are uniquely decorated and feature queen-size beds complete with padded headboards and cozy bedding. Each has a large dresser and closet. A full bathroom with a pedestal sink, shower, and bathtub is convenient to both rooms.
