This lovely cottage has a master bedroom suite downstairs and a second spacious loft bedroom upstairs. Both have comfy queen beds and luxurious bedding.

Open floor plan with high ceilings and all the comforts of home. Fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, queen sleeper sofa in the living room, hot tub and a fully fenced yard.

Just across the street from Seabrook's famous stump and the forest trail that leads you right to the beach.

Feel like staying in? Crank up the music and dance around the kitchen while cooking a magnificent meal. Enjoy a movie, play games with the family, make a cup of tea with the instant-hot faucet or plant yourself on the porch in the rocking chair and listen to the sounds of the ocean while watching the world go by! Or take a soak in your own private secluded hot tub!

You can also gather around the fire pit in the wooded park directly behind the cottage. You can't see it from the backyard, but it's there just past the trees! Toast marshmallows, tell stories and laugh until it's time to head back inside for a restful night's sleep.

Sunny out? Make lunch for the family and enjoy the backyard seating area, propane BBQ or pack a lunch and head out to the beach.
